Our up tempo offense along with our transition game is going to be what keeps us in the game. If we have to settle for a half court offense, it's gonna be a long night. Kepp the ball moving and get the ball down the floor right away like we have been doing all year. Go with what has been working.

I like the fact that the #1 seed is given the choice of when they want to play. Something that was never an option in the WCHA (for better or for worse). A nice way to reward the top seed remaining playing in the Frozen Faceoff.

He probably had interviews all day. That along with a practice, makes for a pretty busy day. Heck, he could have not had time for KFAN because he was doing an interview with CBS!! As most news stories go...blown way out of proportion. Let's enjoy the media coverage that a ticket to the dance brings and hope good will come out of it in terms of recruiting.

No team.....besides maybe Denver, Duluth, and Western who did just fine playing inf front of 12,000 UND fans and were a combined 3-1-1 against us in the Ralph this year. Those 3 teams will probably be fine. I agree the rest of the tournament field probably would not want a game at Scheels against us.

I doubt they would send the overall #1 seed to Fargo to potentially play a 3 seed that is playing basically a home game. "A fight is a flight" probably does apply here and they go to Cincy.

A running sarcastic joke will give UND more PR than a 5 min interview would!! Smart move by Jones!!

Seriously? Chill out man. So he missed an opportunity to talk about UND on a Minneapolis radio station. Big freakin deal. I doubt missing a 10 min interview on a "sports radio show" (cough) is going to drastically hurt your recruiting opportunity in the Twin Cities.

Love it or hate it, the Fighting Hawks logo is getting more exposure than ever before since we made the Big Dance!! Looks good seeing it on CBS and ESPN!!

I assume there will be a selection show Party at the Betty tomorrow with the team. I wonder if ESPN will have a camera there. They always like to show the "first timers" reaction.

Blame the NCAA for not allowing campus sites for Regionals not allowing UND to bid the Ralph to host. Blame Scheels Arena for not having enough seats. Blame the hockey team for being so damn successful these last 20 years that demand for tickets it at an all time high. Any one of those would be better than blaming the UND administration or athletic department for tickets not being available.

I can't imagine how much interlocking ND stuff that the Sioux Shop and other stores have. Can't blame them for trying to sell it and get rid of it before that logo is officially retired. Obviously it appeals to people who don't like the Fighting Hawks logo. Much like the Sioux merchandise, people will stock up on interlocking ND merchandise. But eventually, all you will be able to buy will be Fighting Hawk merchandise. We will see both the Sioux logo and the interlocking ND logo for many years to come. However, it is noce to see more and more Fighting Hawks merchandise out there.

Probably one of my favorite beers!! It sucks it is only around for a limited time. Maybe that is what makes it better!! Their Two Hearted is one of my go to beers!!
