No, you're required to put your credit card information in up front. There are a few websites that give you a decent idea of the hotel you may end up with. I've used it a handful of times and been happy with the results every time except once and that was more on me than them and was still fine overall just slightly different than expected.

But keep pretending that Miami is completely innocent. All teams do things in the gray area, not even an argument.
