That's about where I'm at. I'm thinking 20-14 (UND). Although, I think the defense may need to be the determinant in this one. Offense may take a game or two to hit it's stride.

I know that coachspeak is always positive, but, reading between the lines, I think we'll have our hands full Thursday night.

Also, Johnson starting over Greeley, J. Johnson starting over Disterhaupt, and Bakker over Taj. In the new Media Guide.

Would think we'll see the 2-deep today or tomorrow, since game prep starts tomorrow.

Thanks again for a great report, Teeder. That's great news with respect to Seibel. Hope Taj has recovered to the point where he'll get major PT. Interesting competition in the punting dept.; hope the competition ups their game to the point that we won't miss Meindel as much as I think we will; such an important part of special teams.

No report from the athletic dept. on today's practices???

Haven't heard Alex Reed's name mentioned. Is he playing, but just not standing out? I know that you can't observe everybody. Thanks for another great report.

Wow, first I've heard of the new policy. And just when I thought we had a leg up on the school to the south.

Countdown is on, Teeder--T minus 5 days until the first practice (helmets and shorts). Here's hoping that everyone that's supposed to report, reports. (holding on to the slimmest of hopes for EG).

For the last 4 years or more we've had a "go to" player (Buck, Lloyd, etc.). Not sure we have anyone to fill the bill this season (Dyer, Roscoe, Johnson?). Hopefully, one of the ladies steps up into that role this year.

Also notice that Brandon Miller isn't on the two-deep. Obviously, there will be changes, though, as we go through fall camp, especially with a great crop of freshmen coming in. Also, great news that Grady is back on the team, according to Miller, although I still don't see him on the roster.

If the punter from two years ago (Bolduc) would have stuck around, he might have been "the guy" this season.

Don't look now, but Fall Camp starts in about 3 weeks. Teeder, can you hear me now? Hope you're able to make some of the practices again and give us out-of-towners and out-of-staters some of your usual excellent camp reporting. Guess the biggest question marks to be answered during camp will be offensive line development, the secondary, and the depth chart for the LB's and DL. Also, hope that our punting game doesn't take a big step back with the loss of Meindel; he'll be hard to replace.
