  1. I can't wait to hear how her experience as at a G5 leader will get her hired as she leads UND into the new WAC!
  2. And six months later, team up with Darryl to bring up this same thread if they go 0-2 in conference play.
  3. You seem really good at spending other people's money. I assume you won't be one of those 200,000 people that donates $1,000 dollars so we have $200 million dollar budget?
  4. The team UCF just beat is the only team to beat the two teams in the "championship" this year. I know you can't extrapolate like that, but the Knights got screwed.
  5. UCFis ranked higher than any team Alabama beat. The Crimson Tide lost their only game against a team currently ranked in the Top 15.
  6. This is an awkward thread to revive. I'm sure I'm not the only one who was looking for a press conference today about Hakstol, only to find you quoted a post from two and a half years ago.
  7. It's likely they had already looked for, or known live, that WMU had not gained possession. So you go to the offside portion.
  8. I'll be honest. I was wrong here. I thought Frank's Honda and Toyota Auto Repair off Adams Avenue in San Diego was really going to lead the Toreros to victory.
  9. You also would get ripped for your "prediction" that you state as fact, especially if you're consistently wrong. And you forgot to mention the reasoning behind you knowing San Diego will go to Frisco: because the name of the stadium in Frisco is Toyota Stadium and San Diego plays their games in a stadium near a Toyota dealership!
  10. Do we need a "Prospects that could be at least slightly more than just good hockey players" thread?
  11. Until you provide a quote anywhere from me that says that I think FBS is impossible, I'll continue to regard your posts as the ramblings of a crazy, old man who continues to prove how out of touch he is.
  12. That's just hilarious coming from you. We don't throw crazy ideas out there as if they are fact. We didn't predict the Big Sky to WAC transition with dates and all, only to be proven immensely wrong. We both have sources that are much stronger than anything you've ever had and we trust those sources when it comes to conference alignment. That's true for both hockey and all-sport conferences. It's why we aren't "always wrong too" and why people don't call us out on anything.
  13. And his little Facebook outburst while openly touting himself as an NCHC official wasn't the best decision. The league doesn't look too kindly at stuff like that.
  14. This guy is using the term "official" very loosely. There are real off-ice officials that are hired directly by the NCHC. They are involved in replay reviews and such. This guy is nothing of the sort.
  15. Actually, no they can't. At least not the type of off ice "official" he is. He's a glorified fan who gets to sit in the penalty box and open doors. At most, he marks down penalties, goals, times, etc as part of the official record.
  16. Like Muss, Stitt was a pretty good OC who wasn't a good HC. I say we get him in here and replace Rudolph.
  17. Next Sunday
  18. Also available on Fox Sports Go
  19. http://www.thesummitleague.org/members/oakland/index So does Oakland. It doesn't mean anything other than the pages still exist but aren't in the navigation anymore. You know what's going to get people in a tissy? UND's women's hockey page is still on the WCHA site!!!! http://www.wcha.com/women/und/index.php It means nothing, just like everything else you magically read into the types of bowel movements the president of a school has that week.
  20. I'll be there both games with Siouxman and our significant others. Looking forward to another great series in the Springs!
  21. You really have an obsession...
  22. Yet BGSU didn't apply for the NCHC when they were approached about putting in an application when Mankato was sending in theirs.
  23. Tom and Brad have plenty of inside information but it always helps a story when you do the FOIA requests to get actual proof. Look at Tom's work on UND joining the Summit/MVFC. He had an inside scoop, did an FOIA request and sure enough, he now has the proof he needed to write more than just a story with invisible sources. For a week, Brad held off on publishing the biggest NCHC story of the year because he didn't want to get his sources in an awkward position. They both have a lot of inside information, they just don't send out every little thing.
  24. As with the facilities from WIH now being used by soccer, so is some of that extra. Women's sports at UND were not equally funded but they'll be much closer when that extra money is funneled their way.
