Yes, that's correct. He played 45 games, so he'll miss all of UND's 38 games in 2019-20 and the first 7 of the following year. But he's playing next year in the BCHL.

Someone on twitter replied to Schlossman's tweet asking if the NCAA approving COA played a role in making it seem like Major jr players are a bit more like college players now. The 7 games the following year makes sense, as UND was guaranteed to have at least 38 games this season.

No, websites like that don't get updated that quickly

Looks a little jaundiced to me

It's just a matter of time before Russian players are accused of doping, but FIFA will pretend like they didn't have proof until after the WC.

This reads like the Herald was fine using a quote from Murphy to show Kennedy could have a bad review. That wasn't the case, so the Herald is going after another quote Murphy made.

Talk about a buzz-kill here in Germany. At a public viewing yesterday with 1,000+ German fans and it was dead silent after the game. All they needed to do was not play like junk and put one in the net against an overmatched SK team. With Sweden doing their job on the other side, Germany had the perfect opportunity to put up a three goals themselves and take the group. Instead, they finish last and now Löw should rightfully be criticized for his lineup yesterday. Özil never should have been in the game and he backed up his poor performance from the game vs Mexico with another lackluster one.

If the 52% helps cover the ticketing/accounting issues, then why is UND also paying a large amount of money specifically for that purpose?
-
It goes both ways. Why would someone think we care about what shirt they're going to eventually wear?
-
I could have sworn I saw a bunch of disappointed Germans last night as I left a public brewery viewing here in Nürnberg.

At first I thought it was Moser bringing up old threads...

A 5x5 OT is mandated across all leagues so it's consistent.

He finished tied for 9th among all forwards who played for Edmonton last year. Behind 5 more D, too.

You clearly don't know Brad and haven't talked to him. It definitely affected him professionally and he did a good amount of reporting on women's hockey. Every time they played, he would write a game story even if he was on the road for Men's Hockey.

Did UND not adjust significantly in the second half of many 2016 games?
-
In general, most individual top plays aren't going to show your center court logo unless it's an end to end type thing. Having North Dakota on the ends would have been better if that's the goal.

You gotta think like a president! This is clearly a ploy by Kennedy to get approval to "sell" the land to an investor. That investor will pay the $8mil, which will go towards HPCP2*. Then the investor will build the stadium himself, realizing how beneficial the Ralph has been to protect the stadium costs from UND. In 30 years, it will be given back to UND. It will act in the best interests of UND, until his daughter decides she doesn't have any connection to UND and won't renegotiate with President Zach Parise. * © southpaw, 2018

Precisely: "I have predicted which matchups would make the most sense based on last year’s records, and which matchups would make the most sense based off of geography. (Already determined matchups are underlined)"
-
I don't have a problem with the plan approved by every team that plays at the Betty. Get used to it. That's what the ice at the Ralph should look like as well. Only FH logo at the center. North Dakota should always be secondary to the logo, just like I'm sure you agree the Sioux logo should have always been first. Had REA just put North Dakota at center ice, and not the Sioux logo, would you have told everyone to "get used to it"?
-
A few minutes ago, your "facts" were that Kennedy hadn't messaged before the vote. That's simply not true
-
How are you able to not only breathe, but also type with your head so deep in the sand?
-
This also makes it pretty clear the Hawks logo will not be at center ice...
-
It's actually nothing like that. Especially with a contract that says the REA is supposed to operate with the best interests of UND. I find it hilariously hypocritical, although not surprising, you call the people who actually play for the teams represented by the logo Snowflakes. It is apparent you're a child in this situation and are crying because it's not what you want.

President Kennedy Candidate for UCF President's Job
southpaw replied to fightingsioux4life's topic in Community
The unfortunate thing about the Herald is that it can no longer be considered a source of objective information. And that's not good for a newspaper. They've dug their heels in and, at this point, many people will just assume bias in articles. The Herald has shown a consistency in bashing Kennedy, so it was a no-brainer for Engelstad to reach out to them. The enemy of my enemy is my friend.- 485 replies
