To piggyback on to this there have been no....ZERO....deaths in MN ages 5-18 yet from a reliable source Walz will drop the hammer on MN HS sports and youth sports tonight effective immediately. First round playoff FB games in MN took place last night. The undefeated Moorhead Spud had a first round bye but practiced. From a buddy of mine in close relations with that program Coach Feeney got fairly emotional addressing the team after practice. None of this is right. None of this should be happening. I hope Walz has the balls to address the state of MN in 8-12 weeks after the surge in youth suicides during this coming holiday season due to his incompetence and ignorance. We have done a total disservice to our youth in this region over lies, ignorance and fake "science and data". It is f#$@ing disgusting to see.

From today...... Got a friend who's spouse is positive. Asymptomatic but decided to get tested too...positive. Have a staff member......sick as can be. Just wrecked. Goes to get tested...negative.

From the Walz presser look for him to shut down HS sports tomorrow just when FB and VB playoffs are getting started. Did the same thing with past winter season during playoff. What I found interesting in his numbers he spewed out there is a 17x greater prevalence of community spread from restaurants/bars than HS athletics. Guy could not be the assistant manager at a Cub Foods......complete clown.

Since everyone laps up the info put out by the CDC let this soak in..... Compared to 2019 mental health related visits are up 24% ages 5-11 and up 31% up ages 12-17......but that's "data and science" Burgum overlooked and Walz will too in a day or two. ...and if we are honest a good chuck of the blame goes on the teacher associations around this country.

ND Covid today.....the good, the bad and the ugly. The good: Active cases down 878. Hospitalizations down 28. The bad: 26 deaths. 1091 new daily positives. The ugly: Dougie still thinks suspending HS sports/organized youth team sports is the answer when yet again today over 50% of the 1091 new positives were between 20-49.

MN had 7444 new positives alone on Monday but expect Walz to push back the start date of MN HS sports and extracurricular activities because the "data" show a total of "780 people were likely infected at 192 sports related outbreaks". That is 780 total......not from Monday. Not from last week. Total! Last week he cited 71% of new cases during this uptick in MN were from "bars and small gatherings". How many patrons do you see with mask on in a bar or restaurant??? Zero. Went to a MN HS VB match last. How many had masks on? Ever single person minus the 12 girls on the court. Just like Burgum did Friday night look for Walz to drop the hammer on MN HS winter sports tomorrow. Neither of these dumbass clowns has any data or "science" to back these decisions up. It's just low lying fruit they pick to appease the bedwetting doomsday Covid will kill us all lemmings. None of this BS.....stopping HS sports, mask mandates or any other nonsensical crap will not help until the gathering of the maskless masses in bars is dealt with to control the main spreading demographic (20-40s).

Tack on the fact that Fargo has had a mask mandate for 4 weeks and in that time frame active cases in Cass County have doubled. But today, thanks to Burgum, bars/restaurants can increase capacity from 25% to 50% and all school sports and extra circular activities are suspended.
