Is SDSU capable? It is going to take reprioritization regardless of which of the 3 schools go because of where we are geographically vs any conference that would take us/them.

I don’t want to be in a spot where we are in a conference with UMary and Moorhead. That will cost the athletic dept a hell of a lot more than $20m over time. I’m not in panic mode but I’m not in a spot of complete confidence in our administration either.

When you’re fighting perception of a state for media coverage, things like Thursday cannot happen. If they do happen, the provider cannot blame other stations. Disappointing and telling in my opinion.

I know they do. Ever since they got their hands slapped after being journalists around the time Best Buy was supplying TVs for kids dorm rooms, they do the dirty work for the administration while conveniently leaving out important details.

But they aren’t because their students wouldn’t approve the funding. So now your athletic administration had McFeely climb out from under the desk to start begging for more money.

It would be a good problem to have because it means he is successful. It’s going to be the thing moving forward unless your program isn’t winning

Can’t keep the roster as is either. He should have a good feel for who is going to contribute in the next couple of years. Sitting in a 7 win roster might get you 10 next year……which likely still puts us in the conference play in game.

Which is why we need players to leave to free up some scholarships but it seems our coach is very loyal to his team and they all enjoyed their time here so much playing for him that they are in no hurry to portal.

Pretty much lost all credibility with the constant bitching and flip flopping back and forth on how we do it and how everyone else is doing it.
