  1. I agree with you for the most part "siouxperfan7." I believe they have a pretty decent chance at knocking off OU. However, I don't think they have the best chance of the 12 seeds. Whoever wins the 12 seed play-in game between Xaiver and NC State has a better chance at knocking off St. Louis. I would be careful on talking about how Oklahoma is going to blow out NDSU...I don't think that will happen. The game will be close. Just remember how many people were predicting K-State to blow out NDSU....didn't exactly happen.
  2. So do I, but don't think it will happen. Whoever wins, I think it will be close...or at least closer than most people think.
  3. I'll echo this. The Bison have a decent team and I wouldn't be at all surprised to see them pull the upset.
  4. Not sure where you're seeing that. Their website has North Dakota. http://m.aggieathletics.com/womensbasketball/
  5. Tough draw to have to play them in College Station. Game is Sunday at 8 pm on ESPN2.
  6. In the post game radio show after the Weber St. game, it was reported that Jones said Webb had a tear in his meniscus. If true, I doubt we will see him play Wednesday. Also, if true, pretty commendable that he tried to make a go of it against Weber St. He started the game but came out at the first whistle...which was about 3 minutes into the game.
  7. Anyone know why UNO was given the home game? Is it a bidding process? Based on RPI? They have a slightly better overall record and we have the better conference record.
  8. He's 7'5" and weighs 360 lbs! His younger, smaller brother is a freshman for NMSU. He's only 7'3" 330 lbs...
  9. Injures and playing three games in three days handicapped us. Weber was hungry to get back to the dance and were ready from the get go. So will we be in the CIT again?
  10. The last three hurt but to be down 10 with as hot as Weber's been isn't all bad. Plenty of time left, just need to toughen up on defense.
  11. UND looking pretty darn good. 39-15 at the half.
  12. Probably because of the hockey game. 33-11
  13. Yes, spring break starts today.
  14. Would they be Title IX compliant by just adding a men's sport? I have no idea what other sports they sponsor.
  15. The Ralph hosted the Class A girls bball tourney a few years back I believe...2006 maybe?
  16. Thanks for the info. That makes it almost preferable to be in a play in game then. Either way, I hope we play well enough that we are talking about whether or not we will be in a play in game or not come next Sunday!
  17. Would a play in game count as a tourney win for the conference in regards to tv money payouts? I doubt it would but have no idea.
  18. They did start the ground work on the Med school. They were moving dirt and driving pilings in last fall before freeze up.
  19. Looks like the 9-12 numbers are closer to 2000. http://www.minotdailynews.com/page/content.detail/id/577508/Enrollment-up-in-Minot-Public-Schools.html?nav=5010
  20. Unfortunately, all you could see were the feet of the people behind the blanket. But judging by the color of the green blanket you or your friend is holding, it looks the same as the one that was shown on tv.
  21. Might've been you. Had the logo in the center with Fighting Sioux written below the logo. Was hanging over the rail/ledge in the upper deck. Only showed for a few seconds as they were looking at the ice from the upper level. They showed it in the third period with about 7:00 minutes or so to go in the game.
  22. As an aside, Chris Semarau, Formerly in charge of the REA is now in charge of the Pentagon complex.
  23. Were you the one flying the Fighting Sioux Flag in the upper deck?
