Here's a crazy idea that actually might work. Get rid of the "Regional Rankings." A team shouldn't get penalized/rewarded of where they are located within the United States.

I find that extremely hard to believe, but then again maybe hockey isn't as big among the students as everyone believes. If they don't buy all the tickets for the schools biggest game(s) of the year. I know I tried getting a Sioux/Duluth football ticket on Friday and was rejected cause they were sold out (yes I know they are free).

1. Lammy is good. I have known that and always will. He may take lumps along the way. He is a freshman in the WCHA. He's from Grand Forks and knows what it means to don the Sioux Jersey. He was partially mentored by Geohring. He wore Geohrings pads in HS. If I remember right Karl went to a goalie camp somewhere during the offseason during his jr/sr year and it said it helped his concentration. Phil do the same now. I see the Sioux winning a championship during your four year with you in nets. 2. I believe the Sioux are overrated. Good yes, #1 in the country not by any means. I know the Sioux have historically struggled in Mankato. People got there hopes up against Maine. No one knows how good Maine is at this point. The Sioux were pumped to play Maine in Maine because they knew they had a possibility of getting swept while Maine was probably overconfident knowing they only lost one game last year. I'm hoping the Sioux pull a 'Denver.' 3. Dataflix was good. I went to Dagwoods and it was like watching tv (they had it displayed on a big screen), constantly streaming and wasn't choppy. Only complaints were you couldn't really see the puck, because of the white ice. Contrast possibly needed to be adjusted. It was probably only good because the local Mankato station was broadcasting the games. I was impressed. We as Sioux fan are fortunate to be able to have the OPTION to watch basically everygame. 4. The Sioux are worse off with the new penalty enforcement. Time will tell. Go get them boyz.

I wouldn't worry, the feed will probably be up because the game is on TV.

So essentially at the Ralph Saturday it will be the Maine webcast? Anyone know?

Now if only they were 25 I'd be happy.

Saturday's game is going to be on Maine's CBS affilliate WABI tv 5. That is the same station that is doing the webcast of the game for $15. My question then is that you'd think a bar in GF would be able to pickup the CBS affillate through DirecTV or DishNetwork. (just like how anyone can watch WDAZ across the country on DirecTV). Does anyone know if the Ralph is going to show the TV or Web version?

I was watching the game on channel 23 in GF at Southgate but wasn't actually watching it, cause it was unwatchable.

I believe Dagwoods bought dataflix and played them. Saturday the Penalty Box bar at the Ralph will show the game. I believe it's $5 to get in.

A poster on this message board saw the Big Sky Commissioner at UND yesterday. To me that sounds like some "official" thing is occuring, maybe not an official move but could be some official strategic planning, like Roger Thomas was quoted in his university's newspaper.

And there are many season ticket holders who live in Grand Forks who don't show either, who only have to drive ten minutes. You noticed empty seats in the student section? The upper student section is General Admission. UND students get first dibs, but then the rest go to whoever wants them, including yourself. Therefore we can also blame the non students for the empty student section (in the upper bowl).
