They'll start with teams like Boise State and Deion Sanders. App State got the Miami Hurricanes to go to their stadium just a few years after joining FBS.

He's the leader of the athletic department. And UND athletics are doing good. So isnt he doing a good job?

So there must be a lot of Fargo families whos son is good at hockey and say "let's go play for moorhead." Which i guess helps Grand Forks even more win championships? ....and conversely Moorhead. Im not complaining. All these High School hockey championships centered right around GF! Warroad, Central, Moorhead I guess we know where the real "state of hockey" area resides!

Cornhuskers traveled to Wyoming. Gophers traveled to other "lesser teams." Theres more big boys than just those two examples. Its only a matter of time....a decent amount of time - sure they're not even FBS yet. But every journey starts somewhere.

UND Basketball has a .0001% to win a national championship. But UND still moved up a division so I guess theres a bigger picture than winning championships. Ive seen the Nebraska Cornhuskers go play at non p5 conference schools. Having Nebraska or Minnesota come to the Fargodome would bring natty type excitement.

That time of year again. Bison car and local ND driver again in the field on "big Fox" this Saturday at noon. And youtube star, Cleetus McFarland (RIP Greg Biffle), will again be racing drawing extra eyeballs to the event. Got me a some Cleetus gear now as his branded RC helicopter, "Consuela," now hangs out in my "fireworks mancave."

About what? I have nothing against NDSU. I dont cheer for them but i also dont cheer against them either - just like i dont wish ill on my neighbors just because "sports rival." Its just societal conditioning. Its exciting. Not to cheer for them but to watch it unfold like a good reality TV show. They did awesome in FCS. Just look how exciting this website suddenly is because of something NDSU just did. Big W! Im a UND sports fan i could care less what the Gophers or Bison do.

It might not suit their future needs is the point as something just changed.

I've said it for years NDSU needs a new Fargodome. More sellout crowds and excitement for FBS is the perfect time for the city to build a new 24,000 seat stadium!

Congrats to NDSU. They'll do good. Awesome to see them try and reach their potential.

All this chatter made me think "whatever happened to Sweeto Buritto." A quick Google search showed it closed its Fargo locations....but now reopened....as online doordash etc delivery. No physical location in Fargo. They opened a couple places in Utah/idaho/washington..but some (all) closed too? And maybe now just run "ghost kitchens"? They seemed desperate to make the franchise model work...with some "interesting" business practices...prioritized money over management?

It would make sense that developers saw this land as prime real estate and made an offer and it certainly could already be full of national brands like Panda Express, Chipotle, etc.

Even Dominos in Emerado is closing June 1.

Not far off from the area UND head coaches live. Doubt it's a rental. Maybe UND owns houses? Idk.

Isaac lived in a nice house on the south end with his family.

In his first year, Schmidt advanced UND just as far as NDSU did in the FCS playoffs. Another W!
