The question remains "why?" Practice facility? HS games? USHL games? 8,000 yeah right. Build it hoping to attract a minor league team? Sounds like a quite a big risk.
I think star2city is on to something.
Game Management sure did increase from 50,000 a year to nearly One Million a year. That's a pretty big increase. Maybe they could become a little more effecient. Double the size of the arena, double the game management funds? no, triple? 1850%.
Here's a crazy idea that actually might work. Get rid of the "Regional Rankings." A team shouldn't get penalized/rewarded of where they are located within the United States.
