jk
Anybody else worried about what make-up calls might be coming later in the game? !!
Siouxdonyms
This ice has sucked all weekend. Puck bouncing everywhere. Either that or they don't know how to freeze pucks. End of the 1st. Nice goal by Vande. Come out in the 2nd with 1:47 left in the PP. Need to put one in and take the 2-0 lead! Let's go Sioux!!!
redwing77
First intermission emphasis: 1. Keep up the intensity 2. Right the PP ship. Seriously, folks, one good PP and the rest were like sleepwalking. I don't like our second unit at all. It's not the right makeup. We do miss Genoway, for sure. hrkac
Anybody else worried about what make-up calls might be coming later in the game? it was the exact opposite last night.
PCM
I'm sorry, but I don't understand this officiating. Last night, the Sioux were a bunch of hacks who couldn't stay out of the box. Tonight, the Pioneers are a bunch of hacks who can't stay out of the box. Did it get too difficult to keep track of the marbles in the pocket? The Sicatoka
And now for a "If Doug Woog was doing the game" moment: With just 17 seconds left this period if UND doesn't score they'll come out to a big, clean sheet of ice and a fresh #1 powerplay unit, Vande Oshie, Duncler, and Velder, to start the second. siouxjoy
Yep, happens every time lots of Sioux fans sign up for road games. Not enough available bandwidth. I would just like to point out that I am "taking one for the team" and listening on the radio rather than watching the webcast...
BigGreyAnt41
Sounds like Zajac is doing his job! J.P. Testwuide says: "He's talking to me after whistles, and I'm just not having any of that."
The Sicatoka
Did it get too difficult to keep track of the marbles in the pocket? Inconsistent officiating is a sign that the ref doesn't have any 'marbles'. Think about it ....
farce poobah
We look to have good legs tonight. DU looks slow by comparison, and the penalties we're drawing are because we're flying by ...

PCM
This ice has sucked all weekend. Puck bouncing everywhere. Either that or they don't know how to freeze pucks. Maybe since Gwoz figured he couldn't get away with throwing sand on the ice, he did the next best thing.
Smoggy
I didn't read Friday's thread, so maybe this has been answered: Why do we have two refs again? I thought we already have had our six games of two refs and Hak was kind of glad to be done with it.

Hilarious! Funniest thing I have heard all day.

I haven't heard that each team will only have a certain amount of games with them.

Oxbow6
Boys are playing pretty well. Need to stay out of the 2nd period funk we've been for a few games. And did anyone else catch the color tool on the video barking that UND is doing alot of "clutching and grabbing" and it is not getting called. Need to get that 2nd goal bad. PCM
Is Gwoz wearing gardening gloves? I'm not sure, but I'll bet he has the fertilizer spreader loaded with sand waiting just out of sight in the tunnel.
