Why do you say that?  Recruiting to there is similar to here, especially with Carle as coach.

I’ve watched the play several times and it did look like Mrsic for CC pulled the Bronco player down even though they both were tangled together and simultaneously fell. I don’t know the rule well enough but it’s a tough way to see your season end. Also, seeing Mbereko look on as his college career comes to an end is difficult.

No one knows if it can be done. Sounds like Maryville has something in the works.

With tonight's results, the NCHC for sure won't have any bid stealers and I'd be surprised if the Big 10 has any. I'd say any team 12 or above is pretty safe as far as an at-large bid

Agree, but in overtime you don’t even make that play to begin with, because even though it might not have been a major it was surely a penalty they should have called to begin with.

I'd say UND went through one recently compared to Denver. Winning record don't mean much if you are sitting at home while other are playing.

Yah, it wasn’t a smart play. CC iced the puck and the play was whistled dead so not sure why he did it.

Just hope UND players are disciplined enough not to take a selfish penalty that could end their season.

Apparently you don't remember the period from about 1975 to 1995. Pretty bleak for most of that time.  They won one game and one 2 game total goals series in the NCAA tournament between 1973 and 2003. And a 35 year ncaa title drought from 1969 to 2004.

BC is out of the national tournament unless they run the tables in their H.E. tourney. Won't happen. Apparently those who said they'd get in a couple weeks ago didn't look at their schedule.

I’m no Gavyn Thoreson fan but it sure looked like Kleber hooked the heck out of him on that late third period break away; no call. Coach Larson was hot at the conclusion of the game.

Friday night SCSU would've had an empty net goal, but the Duluth d man ran a big time interference on the wall on the blue line thats supposed to be a point of emphasis and called.  Duluth ends up tying it and winning it late.
