Slather is in his 6th year at UND. 
overall record:  67-105 (.390)
conference record:  33-53 (.384)

Only season above .500 was last year (18-14). Unless this season turns around significantly it is time for a coaching change. This is certainly a difficult time to be a coach at a mid major and consistently win but we’ve got to be able to do better than this.

Omaha also had 2 former Bison players playing for them. One of them Waddles went off.  Richman drives players out and one of them just took it to him

So I counted 13 non d1 wins. So 54-105 (.339). So closer to .300 than .400 at this point

Guys, I’m just tired. Going in every game knowing we are going to get out coached, out hustled, out shot, out whatever else you want to say. I just don’t get how this can keep happening.

Steve Grabowski was the other. The what if is Ben McCollum but wasn’t a named finalist. Can’t change the past but we can change the future.

I get winning helps but the culture St. Thomas has I envy so much. Even Omaha seemed to really have a good culture building.

I will just say there are many problems to fix. Enough to go around. To be fair, it is not just one player that bears most of our problems.

Dobbs had one blow by and that was the only points scored on Kraft, got to love the local fans hating on the local kid!

I wasn’t watching the game. My guess is there is a little piling on happening. The reason some are role players is they have a weakness to be worked out.
