Even though they played a good game they made too many mistakes to win the game. It could have been 5-0 if not for Grubauer and Dallas missing the net so much, and a great job blocking shots. Seattle was 18-12-4 at the end of December, which is a pretty good record and a significant improvement from their inagural year as an expansion team.
