Flyers were all over the Pens the first 10 minutes. Had a handful of grade A chances. 1 or 2 of them find the back of the net it's a whole different game but as they say, that's hockey.

I was disappointed. The Flyers have a great forward group and I expected more of a pushback especially on home ice. I wouldn't be surprised to see the Flyers tie the series on Wednesday night.

Lyon isn't the number two goalie, the guy from the Red Wings is.

I was listening to NHL channel on XM Radio the other day, and apparently, Hak isn't a big fan of Petr Mrazekthe goalie from the Red Wings. I am not either, I thought that was a horrible pickup at the deadline. That's really the Flyers biggest problem right now.

Jets like to hit but don't like to get hit

I have to admit, it's better to be the hammer than the nail. :)

Yes,  but the Jets did all the hitting in the first two games.  Good to see the Wild hitting back.  May have a chance if they keep it up

The officiating at the X so far has been brutal.

It has all season long. The Wild aren't helping their case with all of the stick fowls.

Crowd Is wild and really giving Refs the beef.

Wild putting the puck in the net, hope they get this down.

That 4th line was dam good. Folignos best game as a Wild. Seeler becoming a man before our eyes. Tough SOB

Caps in trouble once again. Same sheet different year

Caps should just try to get the "wildcard" then maybe they will do better in the playoffs.

Is this a questionable hit? Of course, it is.

Goon, the word you're looking for is "defenseless".
That's the word the Office of Player Safety will be using.

And it fits on a couple levels:
- 68 was standing stationary in open ice, defenseless
- there was no need to apply that contact to someone without the puck; choosing to make the hit is defenseless

Perry will probably get a one game.
