I forgot that here on SS Hak is off limits for criticism.... If I was a coach and one of my players punched a guy in retaliation I would be having words with him, not the refs. I don't think it would be appropriate to condemn a player for reacting to being choked. In fact it would be remarkably weird for a player in any sport to not react to that.
