Nope, mostly injuries. They were down to 9 forwards half way though the game last night. Three injuries last night. One guy was left in kato due to sickness and another one didn't dress due to it.

For what it's worth, Hastings said the game earlier this year was truly a bug. It lasted well into the following week and wasn't bad food or a bender. It lasted too long to be those.

Sheesh, that's a lot of guys to be down.

Sure sounded like food poisoning earlier this season.

No goal. CC got screwed-clean goal but refs reviewed it and waived it off. 2-1, Miami.

I mixed up a long island tea, and had half of it down by the time the refs decided that there was goaltender interference.... :silly:  :silly:  :silly:  CC got screwed....Just like UND did...Just from a different position!

Sounded like it. Just repeating what Hastings said. Rumor going around was that it was food poisoning though.

I can ateat that whatever it was going around wad highly contagious and ridiculously violent. My wife, 3 kids and I all had it. It sucked. Bad

So they gave him a penalty?

Good question-no, no penalty called on Fejes. If it takes the refs that long to review the goal, then they were really trying hard to find something.

No guarantee CC would've won or tied but we'll never know.

What irritates me about them waiving off what appeared to be a clean goal is, the officials' questionable calls not only affected the game but affected the overall league standings. Miami gets 3 points and moves into a three way tie for first when who knows what the outcome might be had the CC goal stood?

What is the standard of accountability for officials in the conference? Do these guys get graded through and after the season?

Right after he said there was no goal, I turned the game on and Miami was on the power play.

Yah, seconds later they call a penalty on Slavin for what I thought was simply a good, hard body check. (I could be mistaken though, perhaps it was a lagit penalty. I saw it live with no benefit of replay).

CC had opportunities to tie it up on that 4 on 3 power play. With the goalie pulled no one made an effort to get the puck to the front of the net.

Yep, other than Slavin ringing one off the cross bar, it wasn't a very effective PP. Four goals in the past five games won't cut it.

Does anybody know how much, if any, the NCAA College Hockey tournament generates revenue-wise?  Is there a formula like the basketball tourney that decides how to split the revenue (if there is any)?  What are the prospects of the tourney increasing revenue?

14:29 left in the first...PSU player slashes Seth Ambroz's stick out of his hands. Ambroz grabs the PSU player's stick out of his hands and checks it about twenty feet away.

Penalty on Penn State.
