Big A HG
I mentioned in another thread I wanted to make monthly wallpaper calendars for your desktop background. I have October's finished, and I would like to have full screen resolution links for you to get the image from, but I need someone's help (maybe Jim's?). I have an account at Photobucket, but they downsize your images, therefore defeating the purpose of the image. So, if someone has a good image hosting site where you can upload large images, or if Jim wants to help out and host a few pics, that'd be great. For now, here's a little teaser... jimdahl
The other respondents are correct that there are lots of ways to do it -- e.g. I think if you upload full size to flickr, it's downloadable full size. However, I'm also always happy to help out with this sort of thing. If you want, drop me a note and we can figure out how to get them all posted all full res... Big A HG
Imageshack works. Here is a standard screen aspect ratio...I will be finishing up the widescreen sometime later today or tomorrow for those that have widescreen monitors (like myself). Big A HG
I've now added a Widescreen version, and I've also uploaded a version of each without the calendar option. GeauxSioux
I used the original as the wallpaper on my blackberry. Looks great. Thanks HG!
WiSioux
Awesome! Thanks! Can I make a suggestion for the next month? Consider putting the dates on the right side of the screen... a lot of people have their icons on the left side so the dates are partially covered. But thanks again
MoreSiouxForYou
Looks amazing! Great work. I look forward to the months to come.

a_hockeynut
This is really awesome! Thanks for sharing these! I would also like to make a request for next month, and that would be some sort of way to tell the difference between HOME and AWAY games (could be as simple as an @ sign in front of the opposing team when it is an AWAY game). Thanks again!
siouxforeverbaby
Looks good! Agreed that the dates would perhaps work better on the right and not the left.
Big A HG
Yeah, I figured that would be the case with the dates...I wanted to do a little more of an actual "calendar" but figured it'd be too small on a lot of screens, so I did the bars. Also, I knew it would be a problem for some people having the games on the left side, but I didn't want to put them on the right because it looks visually "wrong" to have Kristo skating off the screen than towards the middle of it. I can try making a few tweaks and seeing where it goes.

Big A HG
I started the November one about a week ago, haven't spent much time since. I think I'll put in a couple hours before work today, so maybe I'll have something up by then.
