My internet connection says "excellent." This is frustrating! Open your windows media player, select tools/options/performance tab, and set your network buffering to 50 or 60 seconds (instead of using the default bufferning). The ref down low is watching the whole play develop, but does not call the penalty. The referee who is 60+ feet away from the play feels he can make better judgement of the situation from a worse position. And for the record, I'm not saying it was a penalty on Jones, but why doesn't the ref who is 10 feet from the play not call it with the best angle?
