Has a goaltender ever taken his squad to the F4, been named the regions MOP, and led the league in GAA, SV%, Shutouts, 2nd in wins, 3rd in minutes played?

I agree that the popular choice will be Porter, but man, Phil's resume is awfully good.

Hell Porter's name is already on the throphy.

It's gonna be Lammy, Porter, Gerbe. My guess is that Porter walks away with the award, especially after putting up 4 goals in one regional game. He has had a tremendous season. Give the Hobey to whoever, I would take Oshie over Porter any day, and Phil is the best goaltender in college hockey. I like our chances at the FF.

I'd like to see more awards like the NHL

They have a coach

They have a player

They can add:

Defense

Forward

Goalie

Sportsmanship

Fighter (Kaip)

Also a Ron Jeremy award

Duncan

It would be great to have JP win the hobey and have him and Duncan go back2back........

but wouldn't you rather have #8 in'08???

-ride the 'stache baby!!!

Why not both?

i dont think its about 1 or the other like a commitee gives you 1 and not the other. wish it was that simple  of course every member on the team wants a title but when you have a hobey finalist you push for that and thats what this threads for. go phil, it would be awesome just to see him in that top 3!! the voting is over and done with anyways and is sealed til the ceremony but still a hell of a year to get in the hobey hattrick

A search on Google reveals he's a porn star. I don't know what that has to do with anything.

And, although he was well-known for his huge 'fro underneath his teeny hat, Oscar Gamble had quite the 'stache himself!
