KFGO loses NDSU radio broadcast rights

Whatever we do we need to secure 550 KFYR as they have the best signal in the region that can be heard in all parts of the state and also surrounding states too. NDSU must not have gotten a good offer from FSN. Maybe FSN is going all in to get UND . NDSU is more fit to be on midco anyways. -
What about the star of the last Winter Olympics ? tJ oshie really put UND on the map after his great performance in the shootout. Let NDSU enjoy their fame because it is a matter of change before the tide switches!

That's about the worst news college hockey could get. I bet the WCHA will put something together to never forget a great official and mentor to the younger ones. I would like to see the current and former teams honor Butch also because of his service to not just college hockey but to all levels of hockey in North America. Condolences to his family and may his memory in our minds never fade.

I just got some inside news. NDSU will be joining the big ten conference in all sports including hockey. I'm not sure what other teams will be moving to the big ten. Now we are going to need to find a new arena to hold regional tourneys.

I was in that corner where it happened and said to my wife that it could have went in as the goalie pad was inside the goal. It was a pretty quick shot and bounce out of the goal. I guess the fans didn't raise enough fuss or it would have been reviewed. This could have really changed the game completely. Maybe it was meant to be so our team would be even more motivated for the regional -
Why would minot move up before any other big school with a club hockey team. Minot does have a 5,000 seat arena with a new ice system, boards, glass and seating so that is a plus. The community may really behind them with the move but will it be enough to keep it going? I thought MN state morehead was thinking of moving up back in the day?

This dumb broad probably don't read an email notifying students? I remember getting them in my day. Sounds like this woman would be a good person to put on the chopping block! We don't need disrespectful people like this at UND. Eddy needs to do his job.

It was a great weekend seeing all the green downtown. Hopefully next year it will include more winning out of the sioux. If UND doesn't make this tourney for some reason then mpls will really be hurting for fans. I estimate 7000 sioux fans packed the target center

This is why anyone skating on the ice should have a helmet on. Makes me cringe to see kiddos picking up pucks with no helmets. Not worth the risk. Prayers to the ref and his family

Many of us have been a fan before these guys were even born. To say we don't want to win just as much as the guys on the ice then why should anyone be a fan then. Only the guys on the ice matter and fans mean nothing . Give me a break and go troll elsewhere.

US fans didn't deserve to watch a horrible game. I'm sorry I have high expectations. This team is lucky to never have losing seasons. The fans drive hundreds of miles and took off work so yes they darn well deserve a win.

The upper bowl will prob be much more packed than the overpriced lower bowl. It would be much more fun to have a packed lower bowl but the target center has their head stuck up a basketball

The NCHC would love to have the xcel center but the WCHA had the contract. We might not be able to beat out the big ten for the long term contract
