Yeah I agree big plays could win it for your team. UND is not much of a big play team and more pound the ball down the middle until we break one. You guys did lose some key players but your non conference performance last year proves the returning starters are no slouch. The keys to winning this game will be to win the battles up front. How is your d line and linebacking core? If you can stop the run we may be in trouble with a still developing passing offense. I have a feeling it will be a pretty good battle up front with your OL against our DLine. Our defense is no cupcake and the only unproven position is the cornerbacks. If you can get your new QB going with his receivers you may be able to beat this defense. For UND, we need to win these key battles, manage the turnovers, and execute on special teams.

Dam he's ripped!

For NDSU's sake hopefully these recent poor decisions don't "sink the ship". NDSU's success won't last forever so burning bridges is a bad idea. Bresciani needs to go as he probably has had his hands in these decisions. He is also prob the reason for no annual rivalry with UND. That rivalry means only good things for the state. Once UND rises to a higher level in football and the Bison fall some you will see NDSU begging for the rivalry back.

Well Grady not playing to start the season is better than him leaving or getting hurt in the middle of the season. Time to develop and gain experience for the next man up! i really hope the people in Newtown tried to support and encourage him to keep playing but unfortunately there are some bad influences on the reservation.

We can't possibly use the hawk alone. It looks ridiculous. I thought the whole point of this logo was to have the ND and hawk together. I like the idea of it on one side but smaller and number on the other side
-
He's the one that said he decommited from NDSU because of too many recruits at the same position. I'm saying I don't blame him.

News to me. They are the ones who think they are gods gift to football. It's about time they get the same hard knocks as the rest of us. In the case of that Luke kid if I had a ton of talent and could start anywhere I would not want to play for the bison and risk not getting playing time.
-
And they lost their big ND recruit from Minot. Looks like playing football at NDSU wasn't enough convincing for Lund to not join the military. That's enough Bison news for this UND thread. Mods should moves these posts to the moo u diaries

So what's your opinion on the game? Do you see a full game battle or do you think the Hawks are going to be a cupcake?
-
Definitely a Sioux fan. How could they!

I'll take 5. Send me the payment info!

Does he have personal ties to Minot? Where will he be working? I was not a friend of him right away calling UND games but he honestly grew on me and really enjoyed his play by play. Hope all the best for him.

Don't be shy at the tailgate. It's good to party with opposing fans to rip back and forth on. It's all about making it fun and not because of hatred like those turds to the south. hope you can make it up!

I don't think you realize that there are a ton of UND fans that have jumped on the NDSU bandwagon after all their success. After UND finally finds its success you will see many fans come back to their roots. UND's success will gain new fans that will not be loyal to only NDSU.

None of these polls mean jack. We need to go out and force the league to respect us and that is by winning. Hopefully the league will be better overall this year and not become a disappointment come playoff time. It's sad how he big sky has choked recently in the big games.

One of you whiny bison fans said something about a UND fan on BV so I thought I'd check it out. Then I saw the thread about Iowa so I thought it would be a good idea to poke my eyeballs out. UND posters don't last long on BV before they are banned so I think this site should do the same so we won't have to read through all your garble. BV represents your fan base so of course I group you with all those other sheep.
-
One person you dip. All the others that go on there get banned just like you should! You and all those other turd fans think you are going to roll right over Iowa just like they were Colorado state. Anyone who calls you out on that bs is publicly shamed.

Well I don't know how to feel about that -
Even if Grady doesn't play this year it would be great news if he plays again for UND in the future. Can't wait for fall!
-
It's sounds like Demun is the transfer according to SFI
-
Why don't they reserve the spots until a set time in the morning then after that they let somebody else use he spot. Intermixing the tailgating would be great. When I was a student I didn't know people would be so welcoming and feed me free food

Lacrosse would be a big waste of resources with little return. It is not a big sport in the state so recruiting would be tough. It is doubtful that attendance would be substantial. There is not close conference so travel expenses would not be reasonable. It is tough having a new team in a sport and the costs/ risks with it are not worth it.

I see no reason for the NCAA to require that except for them to have more control over a school. I see no harm in having one team or 2 to comply with title 9.
