Most of your questions are irrelevant, as we know it was a supplement/substance banned by the NCAA. We know a member of the staff was distributing it to the players, as Lori told us. We don’t know which players, however we know she said it was used throughout the locker room. In the ndsu case, according to the family, the kid got it from the university, and it’s use was prevalent throughout the locker room as part of their university funded SFYP, or, Steroids For Youth Program.
