As I recently posted maybe a few weeks ago either here or on FB, in soccer (coach now since fired), softball, and volleyball the combined overall winning percentage in conference play only for those 3 teams in the last 4 complete seasons is a putrid 27%. That’s atrocious. Throw in lady’s hoops for past 4 complete seasons conference play only and it increases slightly to 31%. I’ve a good hunch the other 3 Dakota schools far exceed that in those sports.

Yupand so are we. That’s why all these games this season vs Bob Morris, Miami, etc. are such tight battles. The skill just isn’t what it should be (very apparent) and lack of any real urgency in their play until it matters.

Can’t make it up. Same situation with my wife (except if was her third game) and she said the exact same thing more than once last Saturday night when we attended the game vs Bob Morris.

That is their pattern. Their culture only comes thru when they trail late.

It would also help to put shots on goal. God, they miss the net a lot.

Last wknd, despite the fact we swept them, Bob Morris ranked at #51 in the PW played us even Stephen on our home ice.

Going 7 for 31 (OUCH!) on treys not good at all. Perhaps reduce those attempts by a dozen and maybe you hit several more 2point shots to make it much closer.

Volleyball is pretty much just the same the last 3-4 years. Terrible winning percentage in conference play also.

I said the same exact thing following tonight’s “win” (moral loss). Yup, not good at all going forward. No doubt at all in my mind now we finish in lower half of the conference.

Their passing skills at times just floors me. Terrible.

It is just awful at times! Unreal to see it considering they are college hockey players.
