Iwas just thinking the same thing. Either we are playing lackluster or we are an inferior teams playing a better team. Had very little puck possession find in the offensive zone. Crap, 2-0 now.

I noticed that at a game I saw live maybe 4 weeks ago. I am not sure about the value of it.

That’s what we do (don’t do). We seem to play to the level of competition. It would also help if we played a full 50 to near 60 minutes vice 30 - 40 minutes at best. Putting more shots on goal (we seem to miss the net a ton) is a good idea too.

Yup, and Strinden did it at the beginning of the game on a great opportunity but somehow did not get a shot off on goal. We sure seem to have a propensity in doing that. Baffling, indeed.

On second thought/in retrospect 3+ years later, either both Beal and Hurst were woefully misevaluated when they were being recruited or since their arrival here at UND their development completely stalled under Mal’s watch.
