This storm has not quite lived up to the hype. When the media throws around words like "historic" and "crippling," I just expect to see something special. The wind is still howling in GF, but the snow is so wet and heavy it's hardly moving around.

UND, the area's largest employer by far, has been hemorrhaging highly paid and senior employees...layoffs, eliminated positions, restructuring, buyouts, toxic environment. What's puzzling is that this is the first we're hearing about possible collateral damage, and nobody seems to want to address the green elephant in the room.
