  1. Food poisoning is the worst. You don't think you'll ever eat again.
  2. Ottawa has been a hot mess for about a decade now and counting.
  3. Amen. I hate dragging my butt out there on a Sunday night.
  4. I think Clarkson has good academics; maybe there is an academic program there that he likes.
  5. Is that real or are you just being difficult again?
  6. Don't worry, I get lit up on here all the time. Wear it as a badge of honor.
  7. Another mistake by the Daniel Snyder Circus in Washington. Color me UNsurprised.
  8. I thought they were moving up to AA?
  9. Of course there is.
  10. When you have ownership that won't invest in the franchise and commit to putting a winner on the field, it is hard to be successful in Detroit.
  11. Because "spending other people's money" is immoral and wrong. And at UND, winning is optional. #needtothinkoutsidethebox
  12. In that case, we are on our way to being the next Rutgers. Winning is optional.
  13. So who is in our price range? Some local HS coach who wants to sweeten their retirement fund? That is another putrid situation that needs to be dealt with, but that is another topic for another time.
  14. Well, it is still confusing and still doesn't make sense.
  15. The NCAA should adopt a universal 4 x 4 10 minute OT for all leagues. Having each league set their own OT rules is confusing and screws up the Pairwise system. Let's have wins be wins, losses be losses and ties be ties.
  16. Which basically is the same as not being on at all, based on the complaints I have heard regarding NCHC.tv on this forum.
  17. You just described a message board in a nutshell.
  18. English Translation: #nattysdontmatter It's the same logic that Atlanta Braves fans attached themselves to before 1995 and then for a few years after that through 1999.
  19. The problem is that some people on this forum (not you, not me) care only about this and couldn't care less whether or not we have winning programs. Those people know who they are. I have always believed this to be a false choice. Our student-athletes have historically done well in the classroom and I think we can continue that while improving the quality of our programs, which to be honest, is lacking across the board except for hockey. I think the solution will take a total team effort (President, AD, Alumni Association, alums, local boosters, the SS.com community) to raise all our athletic boats.
  20. I think that's their wet dream of being in a P5 conference. Don't think it's the AD's fault they aren't there.
