No, there wouldn't have been. Thats big talk but, No. I'd say if you played youth sports up through and beyond HS prior to 2000, you have heard talk like this on many occassions. I played in dozens of organizations and teams, in many sports, some coaches were funny about it their smack talk, some coaches would make Jimmy Duggins coach blush, all coaches were colorfully eloquent with their oration. Those times are gone now as far as acceptable, for the better, the things purported are 10000% unacceptable now, not saying it was right at any time, but it was definitely "acceptable" back in the day, and you wouldnt have fought the coach over it.

More elaboration is needed For a time in the 1960 the football team DID use a logo like this that I referenced. the window art IS a poor representation. The logo be referenced really didn't have a uniform look but the general theme was kept. Examples: Non standardized variations of this type where used, I believe at one time on the shoulders of the football jerseys, in the 80's if I remember right. I believe thay can be seen in the PBS documentary, "When they were Kings" or something... iirc

This, its not a "logo" persay just a representation, and to be honest, a poor artistic representaion of a version of the logo used in the 50's. It may have stayed on the glass for awhile but in all my research, this representation has not been visible or common, or replicated in this form. Similar generalized representations where common on banners, frat house events, floats, and snow sculptures during the KKK and follies years. Thats "King Kold Karnival"...... btw.

Parent/ coaches even worse.... What I've witnessed this year from parent/coaches is shocking ...even for an experienced youth coach. Coaches berating young officials, calling opposing teams skater.. "fat ass".. a 12 year old .... being called names by a grown grossly obese peewee coach.... my god...... coaches confronting kids in handshake lines... young coaches riling up players to go out and "take out" players ... its so so so bad... i almost want to put closed circut cams above every bench in every arena. Maybe if these coaches knew their actions and screaming was recorded.. maybe it would help. To be fair there are some really good people out there donating a lot of time energy effort and emotion in making kids better people and better hockey players.... but those bad apples, absolutely embarrassing..... boarding criminal.
