EGF runs own busses. GF doesn't have bussing to worry about so they stay open. EGF was originally 2 hours late, but I'm guessing the bussing situation wasn't good so they cancelled. Do schools lose their per pupil funding or does the state allow some storm days? I think you lose it, because a couple years ago EGF had to make up a storm day.

Then why aren't they coming this year? They are going to Omaha twice.

As someone said earlier...NHL has nothing to do with it. It would be up to your cable or satellite provider. The company that owns all these packages (except NFL) is called inDemand I believe. Here I found one of the articles on this.

When I walked in to get tickets before game the lobby was full. When I made a comment about all the kids a lady told me that kids who went to a camp got free tickets to this game. Obviously they need to do this more often because the parents still pay to get in.

I have always thought a penalty shot or penalty should be a coaches option. I think in Tech's situation I actually take the penalty shot. Lots of goals to make up and clock isn't running for that one.

Well as disappointing as it was to lose it seems UNC was on as they came back from 2-0 deficit to beat Idaho St.

I was more or less throwing a jab at lucifer. I do have to ask this though...last year NBCsports said North Dakota was the highest rated hockey team on their network. And yet when we are playing their golden team the games aren't on tv? WTF???

So a 65 year old rivalry is put on hold for four years so that the coach can have his team compete against his son?

Hawaii makes both. Webb misses three at end. 66-71 loss. If only we could play better in first halves. We shoot so poorly. But I really like the way we battled. At one point in first half we were down 25.
