Had good comeback in fourth set against Montana state. I think we were down 21-18. Going fifth set. I don't think we've played very well. Giving up lots of aces and getting blocked a lot.

There is no way root would be worthwhile for midco. Fsn north has regional broadcast rights for pro sports so if midco carried root rockey mountain there would be a lot of black outed programming. Iceberg knows best on this stuff but that is my understanding when it comes to pro sports. And in no way am I an expert.

I had it in my head that our attendance average was higher last year even taking out the ndsu game. So thanks for the info and I guess it's good to see we've probably gone up a bit. Now if only more students would show up (tho I was behind bench tonight and didn't see how many were in student section). It seems more middle and high school teams go to games than college students. Knowing what we got for attendance against ndsu I was a bit surprised to see they didn't hold that match at sports arena. I get wanting a nice full noisy stadium so it brings my question of do they ever play in bigger arena?

We did seem a tad slow but we seemed to be jumping and blocking about the same. One thing that has gotten a lot better as season has gone on is the confusion defensively and transitionally. We don't seem to be bumping into each other as often. Also it should be noted that Krueger ended up becoming the setter part way thru set 3. Also the freshman from Carrington played all of set 2 (can't think of her name right now). I wish she'd swing tho bc she looks tentative. I was surprised at how many people were there and that was definitely a plus. I really expected attendance to be better this year and consistently around a 1000.

Lost in three to NAU. They were very athletic defensively. Got a bunch of blocks but especially seemed to dig a lot of balls. We hung in there and had good leads in each game but we have this tendency to hit balls out and allow opponent back in. NAU's best player was a freshman as well.

Charging to have a tailgate spot and only allowing in like 3 hours early is what has killed tailgating.

Are you talking DirecTV? It was announced before the game that it wouldn't be on FCS on DirecTV but rest season should. I'm pretty sure in past DirecTV has not been able to show a game due to too much other stuff being on. Not sure if that was issue tonight. Iceberg am I dreaming on this scenario?

Swept Southern Utah tonight. Big match on Saturday night against Northern Arizona. Hopefully we get more than the 700 that showed tonight, but with fb in the afternoon I doubt it.

You don't think this one is a mistake? Granted I don't think she has the height to be a front line player but I've seen her play and she is extremely athletic and can really strike the ball. Granted I've only seen her play once but I think a player you could compare her to is Lexi Robinson.

Portland St. has not lost in the Big Sky. I watched the second and third sets and we hung right in there and could've just as easily won the two I watched.

Dropped the second set to EWU to make it interesting. But won 3-1 (25-20, 18-25, 25-23, 25-16). Had a lot of aces tonight. credit to EWU for having multi-cameras and replays.

Big win in set 4. 25-19. Lead throughout in that one. Still too many service errors. I think we had 3 in that set.
