Seriously..you think them not paying somebody means they have no money? C'mon man. There is more money in the surplus/slush fund than they can spend on something that minuscule. You need to worry more about your own school and where they are stealing from to pay for athletic-related ventures.

When the athletic department comes up short at the end of the year they pay for it with other funds. Shocker. Happens at probably 500 universities a year, maybe? When UND starts robbing from the dining surplus, then, I will be a bit more worried.

Hey smart guy, you realize this is Faison's way of getting rid of sports they shouldn't have anyway, right? UND has too many sports and it costs too much to have them at the D1 level. Plus, if you don't know how UND and NDSU are going to both "fund" these FCOA's then you don't know how it works at the universities. It will get paid for. Every year. No matter the donations.

Considering they play a form of Cover 2 most of the game that is highly unlikely.

Because they are based on this year's results only. Which are obviously skewed and not representative of strength yet, either. If you use a system that goes off last year then you get those results.
