If I've learned anything from last year, it's that your draw in the NCAAs hardly matters. I've thought we had cake regionals before and lost in the 1st round. I thought we had one of the toughest paths possible last yr and won it all. In other words, I've given up cheering for one regional draw over another.

Yeah we have always seemed to have an underperforming PP, not sure the reason. However, I was specifically referring to just the zone entry w/ possession. It has seemed to improve greatly since Shaw came in. I love the play where: 3 players skate to the blue line with the Center having puck possession > before the blue line he turns around and passes it back to one of the trailers > Trailer reads the defense and either passes to other trailer who carries it in or carries it in himself if there's an opening. Seen them do it dozens of times this yr and it has a great success rate.

One thing I'll say about Coach Shaw is that he seems to have figured out zone entries on the PP. It'd be great if we could somehow track this because I feel like our % of entering the zone and maintaining control of the puck on the PP has skyrocketed since he came in.

I was thinking the same thing, never seen a game shift so heavily from one team to the other halfway through. It was all Gophers... then all Sioux and then some. There was a drunk Gopher fan taunting all the Sioux fans in our section for the first 3 goals. Never seen a guy disappear so quickly after we made it 4-3.

Play with the CHN You are the Committee tool and you'll feel better. If we win one game, we're pretty much a lock. Even if we lose both games and most of the favorites(or all of them) win their tourneys we're also in. So definitely not on life support Feel better?

Yes we did lose. I remember because it was in C Springs and my ex-gf's Dad played goalie for CC back in the day and was giving me !@#$ about beating us. My response was 'how about those CC national titles you weren't alive for?'
