Completely agree, I always worry when we're playing cream puffs at the beginning of the year and Denver or UMD are getting battle tested with a loaded non-con schedule. TBH Quinnipiac might be the best team in the country at the current moment so getting them on the schedule and getting a W was huge

Nope, we won the regular season series vs Denver 2-0. That's what made last weekend so sweet, they don't get a chance at revenge until (potentially) the postseason.

This ^ Really annoying when these overtime results are treated as wins and losses when they are closer to ties. Once regulation ends each team gets 45% of a win and they are basically playing for the remaining 10%.

Ever since the new rule came out I've been saying they essentially neutered overtime. When we lost in overtime to Bemidji St I just kind of shrugged because it wasn't that big of a deal.
