Never underestimate the power of The Ralph! I can't wait for my 4 day weekend to get up for this game. We've proven we can score goals now, even shorthanded some key players. I say Sioux take it to the Gophers 5-2, 6-1 Sioux Sweep!

I really don't see UND as being lucky at all. They would've just beat Denver maybe 3-1 instead of 6-1. If anything Denver was lucky to make it to overtime against WMU. Then the Sioux just played smart in the 3rd period against the Pios and still stretched the lead. With a healthy roster and continuing to play smart, simple hockey I can't see them losing.

I really like this idea. I would rather not let our name go quietly.

So I am by far not an expert on hockey so could someone please tell me what is wrong with our PP? It was so frustrating to watch tonight that I just about puked. I feel like they don't get the chances they should on the PP. Is it the passing or what is our main issue on the man advantage?

well i guess we didn't really win the most games in the WCHA. They were "overrated" wins...

I couldn't agree more that this team was an exception, but I'm holding out for another one of those... that's what gets me most excited as a fan. I believe our team can beat any team in the nation on any given night and I think Hak and every player on that team would agree. I know that it is possible and has been done before so why not this year? I guess I'm more of an optimist than a realist when it comes to my hockey team and that's the difference in our viewpoints.

I'm glad our team doesn't have this attitude going into games. With this attitude we wouldn't have won the championship in '97. But i guess giving up on our team before the games are even played is a good attitude... I believe that's called a fair weather fan or in my book not a fan at all. I might understand if we were Colorado College fans and hadn't won since '57 but even they have a better attitude. I agree we might not be favored going into the NCAA's, but come on! it's not like we're the 1980 Olympic Team going up against the Russians.
