With all of these experts on player development, what are we paying Berry & co for? This board could act as our de facto recruiting arm of the program. How quickly people forget that the jump to college is far from a certainty. This isn't Jack Eichel we're losing here.

Certainties decided and judgement cast as well. The assumption that donovan isn't coming bc Berry didn't make room and tried to push him a year is quite a jump that no one on here has any factual context to fall back on.

Can't speak for other but including the letters ND in the logo is what really turned me off to it. I don't hate it with the fire of a thousand suns like some but that's always been my gripe vs the having issue with the hawk piece of it. Then again, you could call us the pussywillows and I'd be fine with it as long as we win some damn hockey and football games. Perspective, I guess.

REA is selling $15 tickets for this weekend's games against UAA, can't wait to see that place fill up with people that say they aren't going to games because ticket prices are too high! Edit: Also $10 children tickets, family of 4 for $50. At those prices, I might even turn on the heater for the drive to the arena!

I honestly didn't know I could report posts at all, never occurred to me. Do you find a lot of the posts reported by 'Guest' are more often than not a viewpoint that they might disagree with as opposed to someone breaking the forum rules?

Selfish was a word thrown around by Colton and Coach Berry a lot in the postgame interviews and I'm guessing there were a few players they had in mind. The team better be having some real discussions about getting every single f'in player on board moving forward. You're either all in or go find somewhere else to under perform.

I've always loved that area below and near the pressbox. When I have friends that have never been to a UND game I'll get their early with them, grab a beer, and go stand in that area to give them a good view of our awesome arena.

You're 100% correct, do it before the arena opens. To change it now you'd be losing donations from people that are paying for champions club for the lower bowl. And to be honest, upper bowl at center ice is nothing to sneeze at for students. I've sat next to the student section and it's not like you're in the nosebleeds of an NHL arena, the view is good from anywhere. And the reason the students are where they are is because ralph wanted the students to have the "best seats" in the arena.

I'd be more than willing to exchange my seats behind the net for center ice seats. The only issue I see with this idea is where do the students in the upper bowl go if you move them to the end we shoot twice at? The bar gets in the way so do you split the students in the upper on either side of the bar? I feel like that could lessen the effect.

You must have really been goin at it! But were there certain chants or anything that were off limits? I think we need a more coordinated student section with designated leaders to pump the crowd up, get the chants started. All of the chants could be distributed to students as they enter the arena so everyone is on the same page. Maybe I need to re-enroll as a 31 year old freshman to make sure this gets done right

What specifically were you not allowed to do that other student sections are allowed? That surprised me as I've heard some loud "F*** The Gophers" chants.
