The OC has to go with whoever wins the fall QB battle in order to maintain his integrity as a coach. And hopefully the other QB's will continue to push even harder for the starting job so that they're ready if and when their number is called (due to injury, subpar performance, whatever).

Kraft, Erickson, Bothun, and Doppler are all listed as sophs. I would think that they would more accurately be redshirt freshmen.

We have an embarrassment of riches at running back. Here's hoping that the new OL coach develops our new OL in a hurry to turn our running game into a major strength once again.

The first Big 12 preseason poll came out last week and Iowa St. was pegged for 6th. Not sure if it was a coaches poll or a media poll.

Hope they all do well, including Luke, who gave it his all and returned from his injury to do well in limited opportunities. Will never forget his opening kickoff return vs. the Bison this season, to get the route started. The only game that I got to see in person.
