I’m a pretty positive fan, usually one of the last ones to go negative on the team, but without Adam Scheel in net, I have a hard time seeing a way in. And I think this is where a lot of people stand. It’s possible, but starts to seem more unlikely by the day.

This place would be pretty boring if we all agreed all the time. But yes, we’re all frustrated. I try to remember that having different opinions on how to right the ship doesn’t mean we’re okay with how things are going.

I assumed when Bowen was suspended Friday they needed Hoff to center the 4th line. So Keane was put on the 2nd. We won Friday and Berry doesn’t like to change lineups much when we win.

Yup. I don’t know who was on Penticton’s second line, but their second line was probably better than any line we currently have. Sad.

To my knowledge, It was never an injury. It was an illness. But he’s been out for so long with this so-called illness that it’s a bit concerning. I think he’s done. If he’s been dealing with an illness this whole time... I don’t think there’s enough time left for him to suddenly become game ready if he were to get healthy.

I honestly don’t think we’re that far off right now. Goaltending is good. Defense is decent to good. There are some pieces there. Just need to produce a little more offense. And I think the incoming class can help with that. Like I said in an earlier post, infusing more skill at the center position will help.

So basically, you’ve given up on next season before it’s even started.

I feel like inserting a couple skilled, more dynamic centers in the top 6 would help increase production.... Like looking at who would potentially be our top 6: Guch, Mismash, Adams of the returnees, and I feel like mixing them in with some of the skilled incoming freshmen could be promising.
