The only one who's a threat to leave early is Vandevelde. I believe we had room for one more forward prior to Knight committing, and there are a couple who could wait to come until 2010, but then with only 3 juniors this year the 2010 class would appear to be rather small. Frats and Gregoire are not going to leave after this year, unless they want to spend a few years in the AHL. They're not high enough of the teams that drafted them's lists... so Vandy's the only threat to leave early in my opinion, and I really don't think he will... but you really never know.

the best part is how many DIFFERENT players have gotten player of the week honors so far. 7 different players right there. That says something to me. Way to go Jake!

Clowns are terrible. Terrible. My cousin went to their game against wisco, and he's completely unbiased as he doesn't go to either school and he even saw how terrible they are. No wonder Minny got all those goals. Those thoughts aside, I'm excited for the DU series. Hopefully it goes in our favor.

Just to clarify... I never thought this would be an easy series, and I'm aware that Cheverie is having a good season and that we recruited him. I just choose to remain in my "bubble of positivity" I actually disagree that Minny has better offense than DU. I don't see much offense out of Minny past that top line. I think we'll match up pretty well against DU and I think it will be a hard fought series and hopefully we can get the job done. we shall see! p.s-- redwing, the northeastern netminder's name is Brad Thiessen. just so you know!
