I think I was one of the few that thought this was possible before the season started. Though, I started to doubt it once the season started. But I never gave up on the boys! Those boys knew they could climb out of that hole, and did they ever! No one deserves the Cup more than them. Way to go boys!

On a side note, Eidsness moved ahead of Stalock in the GAA in WCHA games by .05. Making a run for goaltending champ.

No one's saying he needs to do that. He's a good player. I think the argument is that the difference between MVP and a good player is what they do for their team, and that's the argument for Chay.

I hear ya there. They are nominated by their teams. I would have gone with Rau or Duncs as well. If I was voting, I'd do a write-in. Because I wouldn't pick anyone on that list as MVP.

The Sioux's road record (not including GLI and Icebreaker) is better than UW's home record. Barely, but it's right on par.

On the ballot: Chay, Stoa-UM, Bachman- CC, Stalock-UMD, McBain-UW, Lasch-SCSU, Cheverie-DU I might be missing one. I saw it on the Mankato Hockey Blog. That ballot baffles me, personally. I have no clue who will win it.

I don't. I had a 5 step plan in place leaving the saturday game we tied against CC. And since everything is going according to plan, that scenario is not in the "plan"

That's what I thought also. I wanted to close my eyes every time Rau had the puck. Which is why I said calling Stoa's line the best line in the WCHA is debatable. Some may think that, but i think most who were at the CC games this weekend would say that Rau's line was pretty darn impressive, and in my opinion the best line in the WCHA.

Again, that is debatable. Not everyone is going to agree on that. In fact, I don't. I'd let that argument rest right now.
