dynasty shmynasty. teams that are on the verge of being called a dynasty don't blow second period leads with a chance to go up 2-0 in a series. they build on them and go up 2-0, i.e. the redwings of the late 90's and even the islanders of the early 80's. you have the chance to put a stranglehold on this series and let it slip away and allow a backup goalie to come in and get the win. good lord. maybe my expectations are too high.

Sandelin has more titles this current coaching staff had combined. with Hakstol we knew what we had and could expect. the grass isn't always greener on the other side for those who are probably loading up Hakstol's items in the moving van as we speak..
