  1. If Goon had chimed in with an "I could care less about the Saber's, I'm a Bruin's fan since I used to live out they're in Boston," I think my head would have exploded.
  2. Sicatoka, 86 the call to arms on mystery apostrophes and they're/their/there. I'm starting with Sabers as opposed to Sabres!
  3. Bed Wetter Cycle? White Guilt Cycle? Wellstone Cycle? How about Stalin Cycle?
  4. All those are good - but they're gonna have to hold off until I rid the board of unnecessary apostrophes (example seen below): The Bruin's looked good today against Colorado.
  5. Fixed your post.
  6. At the MN State Fairgrounds - looking for two!
  7. Susan Boyle with an interesting fashion statement in England this weekend...
  8. It could be worse I suppose...the committee, in all its abstract wisdom, could decide to go with the University of North Dakota Rough.
  9. Hear! Hear!
  10. First of all, it's "couldn't care less..." Secondly, what do you mean by "these people"?
  11. Fire Ausmus? Simple question.
  12. No college hockey, no Stanley Cup playoffs...what the heck am I gonna do until the season starts up again? Watch the Detroit Tigers continue to implode? The Lions blow up any potential chances of being a good NFL team? Maybe I'll just PM The Sicatoka and head over to my iPod thread and see what's new there...
  13. Which all involve diversity, spiritual growth, and learning. It's an academia nut's dream nickname choice. Final three selection.
  14. All of these potential "controversies" are exactly why Sundogs will be the obvious choice in some, if not the majority, of the committee members' respective minds.
  15. North Dakota defeated Cornell in the 1968 NCAA semi-finals. That was Cornell's 2nd loss that season - they did win the consolation game, which was still played in those days. The Big Red lost to Denver in the 1969 NCAA championship game by a score of 4-3. Pretty impressive four-year run: 4 Frozen Fours, 3 title game appearances, 2 national championships.
  16. Well, when you have potential future Hall of Famer Miguel Sano on your team, anything is possible...
  17. We miss you Wilbur!
  18. Things are so bad in Madison that I heard Eaves placed a call to our very own Wilbur to see if he had any eligibility left!
  19. Rest in peace, Ken Stabler. It broke my heart when the Oilers traded Dan Pastorini for you, but that's water under the bridge now.
  20. The hyperbole never stops...the other night, Mark Rosen referred to Sano as "potential future Hall of Famer Miguel Sano..." I just about died laughing at Rosie's MLB scouting ability based on a player's first game in the big leagues.
  21. Mark Dayton might have a plan to get this done. Cue the private/public "partnership" and the ground-breaking ceremony.
  22. Rest in peace, Amanda Peterson. Great 1980's movie.
  23. The free pass that Hope Solo has gotten in regards to her antics is quite the non-story these days.
  24. Remember when your 8 year old daughter used to watch Hannah Montana? Yea, me either.
