Mooney busy dreaming of an ENG that entire last shift…no worries, defensive lapses probably won’t cost him or team USA against lightweights like Finland, Sweden, and Canada though.

Bingo! Overzealous at that too - and their desire to spring free from the defensive zone for a chance at an ENG almost cost them!

A group of Twin Cities hockey fans in my section yesterday didn’t even know the other group was playing at Mariucci…

Late to the party here as I attended all 5 games at GCA this past weekend while keeping an eye on Mariucci. My two cents so far… I don’t want to EVER hear someone tell me that Minnesota is the “State of Hockey” again. Ever. 500 people in the stands at Mariucci to watch Czechia vs Canada? Maybe 3,000 for the opener at GCA between Sweden and Slovakia. What a total embarrassment.

I’m pretty sure the brains of the entire Lions operation is now coaching the Bears.

Imagine the life of a Lions fan like me…What if I told you the Vikings were down to their 3rd string QB and had a total of 3 passing yards yesterday? I’d tell you the Lions won by 20+. Nope, these are the Lions, remember?

You just gotta know where to look!

Been to 3 games already this season. Best on-ice product I have seen out of a UND team in probably 5-7 years. The 10th anniversary of the 2016 title is just a few months away, but clearly, moving on from Coach Berry was in the best interest of the program. I said what I said.
