Ugh. Offense playing in quicksand and then miss short fg.
-
yep, and the blocked punt.
-
Jerry been rough for a while, unfortunately. Need a difference maker back there.
-
Not too early on the camera work complaining
-
Hopefully not his last game.

YSU 21-0. Overcame a holding call on the 15 yd line and made it look easy

If, and that’s a big if, all of those things happen I’d be on board and we should be ready to move. - NDSU, SDSU, Montana St, Montana all move up - new subdivision formed that has playoffs. This has been talked about since Lennon was coaching UND. It was part of the justification for not moving up. The theory was that a new subdivision was coming so we’d wait for that to shake out first. 25 years later and I don’t think we are any closer to that happening. Haven’t heard anything recently about it. Like I said, I was wrong last time so probably wrong again. just don’t see the appeal and where the money would come from

No snark here at all but I truly don't understand the attraction to playing with hopes to get to a low level bowl game. I'd much rather play in the FCS playoffs. I have visions of something like the 2024 Cricket Celebration Bowl (Jackson St vs. South Carolina St) or the Myrtle Beach Bowl (Coastal Carolina vs. UTSA) if you even make a bowl. Help me understand what I'm not getting.

Not sure there will be extra money after expenses to filter down. Entry fee to move up is $5 million up front and costs can only be higher.

I am anti moving up to FBS too. I don't see the attraction of more far flung teams and games and maybe a low rung bowl game if you're lucky. I like where we are now with the ability to drive to a couple road games a year if want to. If FBS was to split that would be a different story. I do have to admit that I was against moving to I-AA when the SU's did and I was completely wrong on that so my opinion isn't worth much.

UND Fighting Hawks Versus SDSU Saturday November 22nd

Is Hromadka hurt? I think I saw #84 jersey on a guy in street clothes on the sideline Saturday. -
Story is when Eden Prairie was in their heyday they snapped the ball on 1 on running plays and 2 on passing plays and didn’t care who knew it. Suppose could use it to get someone offside late in game in running situations

Love your picks. Go Hawks!!!!

It is a good thing but guessing it won't stop us from sharing our opinions.

It was suggested on here that he said he didn't care about the people second guessing his goal line calls against NDSU because of he had Big 10 and NFL experience. Maybe said it at Sioux Boosters. Just wondering if anybody heard that because my 'source' said he didn't say it there.
-
What's the story on the B1G/NFL comments? I think it was stated on here that he said it at Sioux Boosters luncheon. I asked someone that has been at all of those lunches and is pretty plugged in and he told me it wasn't said there. To be fair he said he's talked to Ike a few times and he seems down to earth and a good guy. Real or urban/GF legend?

My undersanding is that it was borderline whether he was ready to play or not. Hope 1 more week gets him all the way back.
-
I think that was a Faison thing.

My wife still mad about that. Figured that would get us to Hawaii

Agree with all of the above. I also wonder if our OL reached their limit against the big athletes on both SU D lines and couldn't move them on run plays or protect long enough on pass plays. -
up 8, 28 seconds left. our ball

More than normal? It's a high bar.

I think we might be talking about different plays. The one I remember went off his hands and the defender was trailing. He extended his arms to get to it but it was very catchable.

I have read that Engelstad foundation pays for summer school for fb players. Not sure but assume it's true. Like I posted earlier, KEM was at the Bison game and would assume she enjoyed it and the atmosphere. Hopefully she'll get more involved with fb.

looked like he slowed down before the ball got there. Even with that it hit him right in the hands. If he'd kept running full out it would have been an even easier catch.
