Poolman will probably receive less of a scholarship, however isn't his dad employed by UND as a trainer? I'm sure they'll figure out something with his kid going to UND. Not that it is a big deal.

So next year on D is looking like this: Simpson - Sr. Mattson - Jr. Panzeralla - Jr. Schmaltz - So. Ladue - Fr. Ausmus - Fr. Thompson - Fr. Stetcher - Fr. I potentially see Panzerall sitting and if Mattson continues to struggles, he'll be watching some nights too. Ladue will be an older Fr, I can't see him sitting. Thompson is a tremendous skating and puck moving d-man, I can't see him sitting. And finally, with Ausum's style of D, which the team desperately needs, I don't see him not being in the lineup too. Overall, the D-lineup will be quite interesting next year, but that is a good thing to have.

Hard to add players to the Wild's future teams when Parise and Suter both have 98 million dollar contracts. That will kill them in adding free agents in the summer. I said it from the beginning, adding those two players to the team was nice and brought excitement to the city, but it will not generate in deep playoff wins or a true Stanley Cup contender anytime soon. There's too much depth in the NHL and the Wild are one of the teams that will lack that going forward in the years to come. Zucker and Coyle will not be stars in the NHL too. Zucker will have a better career than Coyle, but they're not going to be All-Stars. Trust me.

They should bring him in next year to add grit. If some other (scholarship) player has to sit out, so be it!

Who knows? Maybe there's some injuries and who knows with Chyzks case. He's been the biggest question to me all season with his situation. Glad he is in the lineup. I hope he scores!

If Forbort is sick of school, he'll sign for the money. He'd be really dumb to sign though in the off-season. He needs another year to round out his game and establish himself. He won't be cracking the Kings lineup anytime soon. He'll more or less be in the AHL for quite sometime. Might as well come back nexy year, play on another good UND team and build some confidence and produce offensively while tightening his defensive game.

It would just be nice to get placed in a regional where UND isn't paired with Minnesota or BC. Just once.

Picture this team in the NCHC now without these Seniors. That's why they need to take advantage of their NCAA bid this year starting next week.

At least Drake's confidence is restored. That could help generate a spark going forward in the NCAAs. Now if only, Rowney, Rocco, Mark Mac, and Parks found that next level and confidence.

UND is expected to compete. In no way this year has anyone ruled this a favorite to win the National Tournament. This year there is no clear favorite as you could pick 3-6 teams. They need to take advantage of their opportuntiy.

Regroup. See what happens in the NCAAs. This team hasn't clicked or lived up to its potential. No way it's been playing it's best hockey yet.

Hey, going into the tournament anything can happened. UND can beat anyone, but also get beat by anyone. They have no pressure on them, no one expects them to win this year. This could be the year they surprise everyone. That's when/how they'll win their next Natty.

Regroup, rest, improve. Team looked a little sloppy out there. Gothberg in goal for next game no matter what. Keep the 4th line. I liked St. Clair Pattyn Cauggs. Take one game at a time mentality. Seniors and sophomore class really needs to step it up in the NCAAs. Need prouduction from Rowney, Mark Mac, Parks and Rocco. Lastly, take advantage of the NCAA tournament bid. With next years NCHC conference who knows if UND makes the tourney next year.

I watched a lot of college hockey this year and Kristo has been the most consistent player throughout the year. With his speed and hands, he's generating offensive chances game in and game out. In my mind, he's been the best college player. No question. If UND can get past Colorado College tonight and Danny has a few points tonight and then have a few points against Minnesota regardless of a win or loss against Minnesota, Danny should set the bar as the front runner to win the Hobey.

For a team that struggled last year and managed to accomplish so much, it's hard to believe the lack of development this year from so many players that were on the team last year. That's the most frustrating thing along with a somewhat veteran and very inconsistant D-corps.

Would love to see the Sioux lose this Final Five. Can't win that many games in a row on to the Natty. Not this team. Focus on the Natty!

Hope the team gets beat early in the Final Five. Save their run for the Natty.

What do you mean? They have no secondary scoring. In addition, outside of Suter, their defensive core is brutal. A bunch of name namers and low skill set on thier blue line. I said if Parise scored 50 goals this year had they played a full 82 game season, they'd still be a team on the outside looking in to make the playoffs.
