  1. True and good call, I was trying to keep it in the context that Dan was using, as in primary school colors.
  2. Verbal #2: QB Brock Boltmann, 6'1“, 190, 4.6, Edina, Minn.Hornet, 2-Star. Other known offer was from Cornell. HUDL: http://www.hudl.com/video/3/3360892/5721e79790eead5d90edfedc
  3. Verbal #1 for 2015: Grady on July 29 Verbal #1 for 2016: Seacrest on July 24 Verbal #1 for 2017: Noah Larson on July 22 Moving in the right direction, getting recruits earlier and earlier. Though, I do realize the timing of the Elite Camps plays a role on when we get our first verbals.
  4. Verbal #1: Noah Larson, Baraboo, Wis., son of former Sioux FB player Scott Larson. Big 6-2, 230#, rangy 2-star OLB with 4.6 speed. HUDL: http://www.hudl.com/video/3/2136875/5721ca3bdfe23b2d68ae0029
  5. Fair enough. Although, I think the "circle jerk" is ok amongst one's own fanbase. That's the nature of fan message boards everywhere. Funny thing, though, that you would limit yourself to recruiting threads on BV and yet you have no issue straying into smack threads on here. Is our smack that much more intellectually stimulating and civil than, say, what one might find over at BV? Again don't get me wrong you are more than welcome here IMHO.
  6. Serious questions here, because I finally have time to ask them, and because it appears I have an informed and captive audience: Are there a lot of UND-fan commenters over on Bisonville, disputing anything disparaging about UND? I don't know... I've never been there, and have had little interest to go there as I assume they are about Bison stuff. Do the die-hards over there have to "put up" with a lot of "nuisance" from UND fans?
  7. You're late to the party..... That's already been pointed out earlier in the thread.
  8. It was feigned surprise. We all know you guys are always watching and on the defensive --- in ways that range from humorous to outright indignation. It's actually quite funny to read the mental gymnastics that you guys spew in attempt to clear up your good name on here. It's almost like you truly believe that there this is a chance in hell that you can change anyone's opinion on here. Keep trying, tho.
  9. Orange isn't either, but you'll find it in the school's flame logo. Not unprecedented.
  10. Whoa. Calm down. I've got no issue with you hanging out in an NDSU smack thread nor any other for that matter. You're very welcome any time you want as far as I am concerned. Just don't expect wine and roses to be delivered your way, ok? We good?
  11. ^^^^^^ The visitor doth protest too much, methinks.
  12. I think they're just surprised you're always hanging around. NBD.
  13. I'm sorry. I like ISU's Mike Kramer. He's a quote machine. You never know what he'll say next. On his new starting WR: “He’s pretty. He’s 6-foot-3-plus, about 195 pounds,” Kramer said of Carter. “Long arms and great stride. Outstanding sprinter. Tremendous speed. He just is not a great ball catcher yet.”
  14. Change your verb "think" to "hope" and then you're onto something.
  15. True.. Just trying to point out that both sides' fan bases do it to some degree just because of the school pride thing, so I don't get the whole tenor of his/her post that it's some how just a UND thing to spout off in such a manner.
  16. What was the prevailing opinion on BV about UND's fate against WYO? I don't know; just asking. I don't go there, but I hear they always have something to say about "un_."

    2016 Season

That was my hunch, too. That helps depth tremendously and lets us plug Cox -- the talented utility guy--in wherever we need him most.

    2016 Season

Did Clive stay in town much of the summer? I know I have seen many key players working at local estsblishments this summer. That's great!

    2016 Season

The only new new addition to the roster I see is Michael Coe at OL. 6-3, 300 transfer out of Western New Mexico. * New new as in not reported in the media
  20. In the spirit of love, I give you the tender story of two teammates from rival backgrounds who have found ways to learn to live together under one roof -- but of course , it's the UND guy who owns the house, and whose wife offers to do the laundry for the AG school kid. http://www.bluebombers.com/2016/07/16/the-duo-from-north-dakota/
  21. I will do my best. With that I can just see SID Ryan Powell reading this, rolling his eyes, shaking his head and saying with a sigh, "Great, here we go again." Seriously, RP is awesome.... I just hate making his job harder managing the media and my dumb A$$ at the same time. Believe it or not, other teams are scouting message boards big time so I have to find ways to reveal worthwhile stuff without tipping off the enemy. This year, I will tell you what I see but will be more circumspect when it comes to bumps, bruises and injuries. I will wait until those are confirmed by staff. There's always the PM function **hint **hint, if you have questions. I can't wait! Here we go!

    2016 Season

I will put this here, too. Nothing new... just a bit of additional confirmation on JIS. Wish him luck; he's been a journeyman. http://www.grandforksherald.com/sports/4074014-und-football-reserve-cb-irvin-sills-leaves-program#.V4fZRH_n8x8.twitter
  23. We all knew... but FWIW. http://www.grandforksherald.com/sports/4074014-und-football-reserve-cb-irvin-sills-leaves-program#.V4fZRH_n8x8.twitter
