Disappointing he could not keep up in the NHL, really liked the kid while at UND. I am no hockey guru, but what was the main reason for poor production?

The horror!

The Betty Needs a Video Board (or two)

Phil Jackson Court sure has a nice ring to it -
I grew up in Nashville and went to undergrad at a school near Vandy. I don't think that is a realistic possibility, despite the recent success of Predators hockey. Youth and high school hockey in the region is spare. Plus just can't see any SEC school putting a lot of resources in a "norther sport." Would be great for UAH, but just can't see them committed to hockey. Sidenote, how why and how UAH started?

I bet we could have gotten Phil Jackson for just a few hundred thousand dollars more.

We still have a ways to go before catching up to Norte Dame. http://www.orlandosentinel.com/sports/college/college-gridiron-365/os-sp-acc-notre-dame-future-schedule-20170511-story.html

Great history lesson, thanks! Now time to find away to change 42nd.

This letter made my week. Kudos to these anonymous men! Quality players off the field means quality players on game day.

Does Under Armour even make hockey jerseys? Seems nike or rebock might have the upper hand?

NDUS Budget Cuts (changed name to be system-wide)

I listened to her speak once and could not understand anything that was said. Too many unnecessary and flowery words. -
true, hence the library saga.

Whoever develops the park will certainly get a significant amount of tax credits.

I have received two flyers in the mail about developing Arbor Park. I don't care either way, as it will not change my Grand Forks experience either way. Just seems a little suspicious that some money is being put into single vote issue by the develop Arbor Park crowd. Truthfully, I wish the council would have just made the decision as they are elected to do for these type of issues.

I remember eating at one in the twin cities a couple years ago. The best I remember was food decent, kinda more upscale then Green Mill, and seemed like a good bar scene.

How great is it this topic even exist! Such a great program turnaround by Bubba and crew!

You are welcome! Thank you for being you.

I don't think an 18 year kid cares where is parents are staying on game day. if that is a major reason why recruits chose a school, well let's move up to FBS and take on Bama.

I think a game against Air Force would bring a decent crowd.

Here is a list of all the D1 arenas and capacity. No doubt playing in the Ralph would put us in the better half of the list. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_NCAA_Division_I_basketball_arenas?wprov=sfla1

I almost find it terrible for football besides the great crowd noise! But there is another board for that complaint. Anyway, just read an op-ed piece in the WSJ about how the NCAA should stop Final Fours in large Football stadiums due to a loss of "coziness". Can someone tell me the size difference between a hockey rink and basketball court.

Might be a good incentive to lure in a P5 game...(Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, etc) even if a two for one arrangement.

Will the Betty host the Dance Announcement?

I would have thought the two baskeyeball teams would have traveled in a joint charter. At least trips the the NCAA tournament are chartered! -
Check out Bemidji Brewing if ever in the area. One of my favorite localocal brewers. They always have interesting flavors and not afraid to mix it up often. Just relocated into a new space, so hoping the start a bigger distribution soon.
