The problems with that are plethora: start up money, Title IX, and foremost, they don't have money to fund what they do have today. The way you think things through, remind me to never have you organize a two car parade.

How does that improve UNI's athletics budget problem. It could frankly devastate their MBB gate revenue.

What's being described is about the only way it could make sense to me (promo/recruiting future students).

Happy times in Cedar Falls too: https://www.kwwl.com/news/education/university-of-northern-iowa-faces-allegations-of-moving-school-funds-to-cover-losses/article_5deece3e-944f-11ee-ae46-a35190a0ad4f.html

EWU is running 6M/8W sports now. That is FCS minimum (14). They can't cut a sport and stay DI.

All or nothing.

I don't get these noon weekday games ... you don't lose enough money already so you make it even harder at the gate?
-
What "lower division"? In DI it's FBS, FCS, or no FB. Pioneer League (non-scholly)? Sure, but what they save will be taken up by travel. The "lower division" option is DII with Central and Western Washington.

It ain't good at EWU or UNI ...

With an organ? Please tell me it has an old school organ.

The OG would say the OG. (Translated: Marilyn Hagerty would say Olive Garden. )

Like I said, three Covid year guys, two low minutes guys, a junior with a degree already, and Ocansey. If that holds that's more than managable.

Three reasons to go into portal: - someone whispered in your ear (likely Kilty) - you're rolling the dice, seven or snake-eyes (and many who don't expect it get the snake) - a quiet exit from playing

Frankly DU's camera work was questionable at times. It's like they find someone who doesn't know the game much less anticipate or know where the puck is going. -> Why you still aimed in the corner when it's clear the puck was moved up the boards. Then again, UND's camera work (primary) has been off at times also.

Discussed here: https://forum.siouxsports.com/topic/16061-conference-realignments-take-2/page/325/#comment-1341118 They cut 10 ... of 30. Thirty is not sustainable. They right-sized for DI.

I still have a couple 1.75s from last year's "Tito's bet." I just got gift card yesterday with a "thanks again!" note from those three and we didn't even have a bet. Last time really felt 'thanks'; this time feels more 'you messed up and need this."

I'd love to see the 2023 "3rd and X" stats for UND defense. Willing to bet it's better on 3rd and 5 than 3rd and 15.

I've noticed we tend to recruit kids who are "nice" and were likely in their FCA chapter at their HS. I'm not saying we need to go full "Ricky Vaughn" but we could pull in a few off this list.

Win the next draw. Win the next shift. All the rest follows. -
Fargo held the special election the day after they sent out property tax bills (that included some big increases).

Five miles east of Costco West Fargo is the Red River bridge on I-94; Moorhead (~50k people) isn't in the circle so Fargo might not make "200k in 5 mile radius".
