May as well tweek this too:

In 2006 the signees brief listed 3 specialists, 3 skills, and 13 heavy recruits.

In 2005 the signees brief listed 2 specialists, 6 skills, and 17 heavy recruits.

In 2004 the signees brief listed 1 specialists, 12 skills, and 8 heavy recruits.

In 2007 the verbals so far seem to be 2 specialists, 8 skills, and 10 heavy recruits.

*

specialists: QB, P, K

skills: RB, WR, TE, DB

heavy: OL, DL, LB

Is that big, and likes to run, back-up Florida Gator QB transferring in? :D:silly:

The Sioux still have good chances I am told on the following...

Tavorrius Jackson- DB / SS

Vermillion C.C.

6' 4" 210# Runs 4.5 Forty

Brother of Brady Jackson Atalanta Falcons

Others interested Illinois, Wisconsin,Minnesota, UNI

(This young man would be a difference maker)

Matt Veldman- TE / WR

Becker County

6' 7" 220#

His dad Mike Veldman played with Dale Lennon in the 80's , He was one of the best TE / Receivers ever at play at UND.

His son Matt has a boat load of potential and Huge upside...

Others interested Minnesota, NDSU and ??

Lets hope the Sioux can top this class off with these two...

Jackson is also a 3 star player, as ranked by rivals.com (listed as Jarvarus Jackson there), and was ranked 87th out of the top 100 JC players in the country until yesterday when rivals.com came out with a new JUCO top 100. Vermillion CC won the National Title, and he was a 1st Team JC All-American.

This is a very big recruiting class, especially because it UND has never listed any of the invited or try out walk on's in the past. These 20 are all getting some money for school and UND still has 2 offers on the table, that's a lot of scholarship being flung around.

If MN offers, he's going to be a Gopher. That's my guess.
