The team knowing right away gives them time to plan for when the player leaves and build a relationship with the college that recruited them. 3 Quote

I think it might be more of what it does to a team dynamic. Probably is known anyway, but if the team struggles people could sometimes wrongly theorize that everyone isn’t all in. I think Perron was already at Michigan at Christmas last year. Quote

It's one thing to recruit well, and another knowing how to coach in big-game situations, like Ferschweiler & Carle. He hasn't demonstrated that, not yet anyway. 1 Quote
